Ingredients:
3 to 4 oz J.R. Revelry Bourbon (you can always add more, start with 3 oz)

1 oz. maple syrup

Instructions
Core, peel, and quarter apples. Add Bourbon and puree in blender until the consistency is smooth like apple sauce.
Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and cinnamon to blender and blend until combined.

To make extra-large ice cubes for rocks glasses
Use a slightly smaller glass as a mold. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the glass to slide the ice cube out. Or make a large block of ice in a loaf pan and use an ice pick to break off chunks the size you want.
